I arrived in France last night, after a short break in the UK. By the time I got back to the house, it was dark and very little caught my eye!
This morning, I got up, opened the shutters and noticed the gorgeous flowers on the yucca. I open the shutters every morning, but don’t necessarily focus on anything very much, other than getting my first cup of tea! Perhaps because I have been away, this plant caught my eye more than usual.

I do love the Yucca flowers and it is surprising how, when we have been away, we look at the garden with fresh eyes
