It’s difficult to stick to five. My list would coincide with yours, except I’ve never done Zumba. I’d substitute yoga instead. I might add eating, drinking…!

There are so many other things I could have added, eating and drinking, being excellent examples. I love speaking French and I always go to a French conversation class when I’m in the UK. Then there are the cultural things – cinema, theatre etc. Maybe I’ll update this post when my blog gets back to ‘normal’! Thanks for taking the time to comment ๐

Hi June
First of all well done you for blogging every day. It would be i) going to the cinema, ii) walking, iii)blogging, iv) going to art galleries and v)reading, and if I could have a 6th! My 1-2-1s with my Personal Trainer!

This comment was posted by Anonymous but I think it might be from fellow blogger, Penny! I love all your fun activities and I used to have a PT when I was working. If I can find one I like, I think it would be well worth investing!

Our lists are the same except Iโd replace Zumba with yoga.

I tried yoga when I was in my twenties but didn’t enjoy it then. Perhaps I should give it another go! I love Pilates!

Itโs similar to pilates, so you might enjoy it; I hope!

I used to enjoy zumba in the UK, but couldn’t find a class in a time and place that works for me here. Instead I play croquet and do t’ai chi and QiGong. Not quite so physical, but fun.

It’s so important to find a class that one enjoys. I haven’t been able to find anything that suits in Castelnaudary. I did t’ai chi for a year and loved it. I don’t know anything about Qigong but I have a friend who likes it. I need to find out more!

That’s a great list. I enjoy all of those, except I have to annoy the dog! Thanks for commenting #pocolo
