It’s not difficult to see the theme running through the majority of my blog posts…last time it was tarts, this time cheese.
For a previous homework, we were all given a specific cheese to research and present. Mine was a goat’s cheese – Miam! Miam! Our lovely teacher, Marion, also provided bread and other goodies and we brought along the wine. The cheeses we were given were: Rocamadour, Beaufort, Reblochon, Morbier, Roquefort, We were also given a form to complete and had to grade each cheese for taste, flavour etc. and give it a mark out of ten. Not only was this a very pleasurable experience but my vocabulary, to describe cheese, improved no end!
